今日新鮮出爐, 天朗氣清有點熱。 過完個暑假已經進入開學日子，一如以往新常態，寧靜的(長洲)，不論週末或平日。 最近多咗做到外送接觸返啲舊朋友，原來都唔少跟蹤咗我多年而無法買麵包的朋友。

今日出城 島外送 深水埗大南街 余地 寧靜空間，聯營Tina Barrat 純素芝士。 今日嘅天氣無敵，而且亦都加入咗水果酵母，啲麵包靚靚。

之前嗰幾個月今年特別酷熱大量雨水(長洲)的週末異常寧靜了幾個月，夏天暑假啲人去咗邊🤣

今日七月初七處暑至白露的中間。 今日天朗氣清雖然有點小意外，朋友決定唔做間餐廳，俾咗個攪拌機，搬運時候我唔小心揼親隻腳。 好在(長洲)這個社區的溫暖，有在休息時間的醫生一個WhatsApp佢都可以返診所等你。 謝謝伍慶文醫生，跌打筋骨醫療真係好嘢第二日行得返。
