有時我哋想約一班最熟嘅人出嚟——朋友、同事、情侶、親子——結果又只係喺商場餐廳食一餐就散。私人包團手造麵包班,就係幫你將普通聚會,變成一日會記得嘅小旅行:上長洲,圍住一張檯、一個焗爐,一齊摸麵團、等發酵、聽故事、食暖包。

呢個私人包團專門留一個時段畀你哋自己人。你可以按場合揀:兩小時輕鬆食談、半日一齊整包、或者兩日深度發酵營;可以係十幾人同事 team、幾個家庭、或者兩個人過紀念日。由行程建議、船期時間、上堂節奏到帶走麵包同酵母,我都會幫你安排好,你只需要約好人,一齊上船,讓麵粉、酵母同長洲海風,陪你哋完成一個專屬嘅回憶包團。

Sometimes we want to gather our favourite people – friends, teammates, couples, families – but it always ends up as just another restaurant meal in a mall. A Private Group Sourdough Workshop turns that usual gathering into a small day trip: take the ferry to Cheung Chau, gather around one table and one oven, touch the dough, wait for fermentation, listen to stories, and share warm bread together.

This private booking section is designed to reserve a dedicated time slot just for your group. You can choose a 2-hour tasting and fermentation talk, a 5-hour half-day hands-on class, or a 2-day deep-dive sourdough camp; it can be a team of colleagues, a few families, or just two people celebrating an anniversary. From suggested ferry times, class flow, and island schedule to the loaves and starter you take home, I will help you plan the details – you only need to gather your people and get on the boat, and let the flour, the yeast, and the Cheung Chau sea breeze complete this shared memory with you.

一齊玩|為咗呢班人,搵一日出嚟

慢島一日|離開商場,去一個有麥香嘅地方

坐一程船,行幾分鐘小路,嚟到一間只招待你哋一團嘅小工作室。有人專心整包,有人望住海放空。你哋唔使諗行程,我會幫你砌好上岸、開班、食麵包、返程嘅節奏,一日內完成一個島上小旅行。

私人時段|淨係你哋,點玩由你哋決定

呢個時段只屬於你哋一團,可以播自己 playlist,可以慢慢影相,可以慢慢問問題。課程可以好輕鬆,亦可以加多啲健康、腸道同發酵知識。你只需要決定帶邊個嚟,其餘流程我會幫你諗好,等你專心享受同身邊人一齊整包嘅時間。
