基礎班 : 發酵與麵包 時間 : 2 小時 地點:長洲哨牙刀工作室 時間:早上 10:00 – 12:00 人數:每班 6–10 人小班 收費:每位 HKD 350 語言:廣東話為主,配中英文網上筆記 —----------- Class name: Basic Class – Fermentation & Bread (2 hours) Location: Cheung Chau Sourdough Studio Time: 10:00 am – 12:00 pm Group size: Small group of 6–10 participants per class Fee: HKD 350 per person Language: Cantonese, with bilingual online notes in Chinese and English 報名及確認流程 成功遞交網上報名後,我們會在數日內以 WhatsApp 或其他通訊方式與你聯絡,確認可選日子及名額安排。 待確認後,我們會經電郵發送課堂詳情、注意事項及付款指引,接受 PayMe 或 FPS 轉帳付款。 請於指定期限內完成付款以確認留位;逾期未完成付款,名額或會釋出予其他候補參加者。 Booking and Confirmation Process (please read first) After you submit your online booking, we will contact you within a few days via WhatsApp or other communication channels to confirm available dates and your reserved spot. Once confirmed, we will send you an email with full class details, important notes, and payment instructions, with payment accepted via PayMe or FPS bank transfer. Please complete payment within the specified deadline to secure your booking; otherwise, your reserved spot may be released to other participants on the waiting list.
